邀請(qǐng)函的內(nèi)容及格式要求

I. The letter should be printed on proper paper with company letterhead.
請(qǐng)采用含公司抬頭的公文信箋
II. Only Fax from India or original is acceptable.
  只接受來(lái)自印度的傳真件或原件
III. Content of the letter must include below details, 邀請(qǐng)函的內(nèi)容應(yīng)涵蓋以下事項(xiàng)：
i. The date of the letter issued 邀請(qǐng)函簽發(fā)日期
ii. Attention to whom: The name and address of the person/institution being invited 被邀請(qǐng)人的姓名及地址
iii. Body of the letter 正文內(nèi)容：
l         Applicant’s passport data, such as full name of the applicant, passport number, etc. 簽證申請(qǐng)人的姓名、護(hù)照號(hào)碼等護(hù)照信息
l         Applicant’s occupation and name of the company located in China. 簽證申請(qǐng)人的職位、所在的中方公司的名稱(chēng)
l         Specific purpose of the trip. 具體的出行目的
l         Name of the Indian company and its location where the person is going to visit. 印度邀請(qǐng)方的公司名稱(chēng)、地址
l         How long will the person stay in India and when will s/he come back to China. 申請(qǐng)人在印度的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)期限

iv. The closing 落款：
l         Clear signature of the principal (the person who execute the invitation must sign on the letter) 印方負(fù)責(zé)人的清晰簽名（簽發(fā)此邀請(qǐng)函的印方負(fù)責(zé)人必須簽名）
l         Name of the principal 印方負(fù)責(zé)人的全名（打印）
l         Title/Occupation of the principal 印方負(fù)責(zé)人的職位（打印）
l         Company name 印方公司名
l         Seal of the company 蓋印方公司公章
l         Company address and contact numbers in case the same is not mentioned on letter heard公司地址、電話(huà)（該項(xiàng)若在抬頭紙上有所述，可在落款處省略）
