挪威赴華行前檢測安排

為落實(shí)國內(nèi)有關(guān)疫情防控最新要求，自2022年11月13日起，對赴華乘客申請乘機(jī)健康碼要求調(diào)整如下：

　　一、行程要求

挪威赴華無直航航班，乘客可經(jīng)多地多次中轉(zhuǎn)赴華。所有乘客可在始發(fā)地或中轉(zhuǎn)地?fù)褚坏剡M(jìn)行一次核酸檢測，時(shí)限要求為赴華直航航班起飛時(shí)間48小時(shí)內(nèi)，并向檢測地中國使領(lǐng)館申辦健康碼。轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)時(shí)，憑有效健康碼辦理值機(jī)、登機(jī)手續(xù)。無需二次檢測、二次申碼，僅需確保在直航航班起飛時(shí)健康碼仍在有效期內(nèi)即可。

二、核酸檢測要求

檢測采樣方式須為鼻咽拭子。檢測證明須為英文版，并包含采樣時(shí)間、檢測結(jié)果（陰性）、乘客姓名、出生日期、持用國際旅行證件號碼、機(jī)構(gòu)印章或醫(yī)生簽名、可供核實(shí)的檢測機(jī)構(gòu)或醫(yī)生的聯(lián)系電話或電郵等。檢測證明必須標(biāo)明rt-PCR、鼻咽拭子（nasopharyngeal swab）字樣。

中轉(zhuǎn)國對核酸檢測的具體要求請查詢我駐中轉(zhuǎn)國使領(lǐng)館網(wǎng)站通知。

三、有感染史、疑似癥狀、密接等人員的申請要求

對有既往感染史、疑似癥狀、密接等情況的人員，不再設(shè)置額外排查要求，均可憑行前48小時(shí)內(nèi)1次核酸檢測陰性證明申辦健康碼。

四、臨時(shí)出國且行程涉多國人員的申請要求

臨時(shí)出國且行程涉多國人員可以回國直航航班起飛地為始發(fā)地，按照我駐當(dāng)?shù)厥诡I(lǐng)館通知要求申請健康碼。

五、申請方式

1.中國公民申領(lǐng)帶“HS”標(biāo)識的綠色健康碼

　　中國公民可通過“防疫健康碼國際版”微信小程序在線填寫信息并拍照上傳1次核酸檢測陰性證明、行程單、在挪有效居留證明等材料申請健康碼。經(jīng)我館審核通過后，可獲得帶“HS”標(biāo)識的綠色健康碼。請?jiān)诮】荡a有效期內(nèi)乘機(jī)，并在乘機(jī)時(shí)配合航空公司查驗(yàn)。

　　2.外國公民申領(lǐng)帶“HDC”標(biāo)識的綠色健康碼

外國公民可通過電腦或手機(jī)等終端登錄網(wǎng)站：http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/，在線填寫信息、申報(bào)健康狀況,拍照上傳1次核酸檢測陰性證明、行程單、在挪有效居留證明等材料申請健康碼。經(jīng)我館審核通過后，可獲得帶“HDC”標(biāo)識的綠色健康碼。請?jiān)诮】荡a有效期內(nèi)乘機(jī)，并在乘機(jī)時(shí)配合航空公司查驗(yàn)。

六、特別提醒

　　1.請擬搭乘航班赴華人員認(rèn)真閱讀本通知并遵照執(zhí)行。如您乘機(jī)前未能持有帶“HS”或“HDC”標(biāo)識的綠色健康碼，說明您暫不符合乘機(jī)條件，需重新合理安排或調(diào)整行程。

2.請所有乘客做好行前自我健康檢測，加強(qiáng)登機(jī)前和旅途中自我防護(hù)。

3.我館健康碼審核時(shí)間為每天9:00至22:00（含節(jié)假日）。建議赴華乘客在符合檢測時(shí)間要求的前提下盡早檢測，預(yù)留足夠時(shí)間申請健康碼。

Notice on Changing Requirements for

Green Health Code Application

(Updated in November, 2022)

In order to implement the new pandemic prevention and control measures, as of November 13, 2022, passengers to China can apply for the Green Health Code (HS/HDC code) according to the following requirements:

I. Travel Requirements

There is no direct flight from Norway to China. Passengers can fly to China via multiple stops. All passengers must complete one nucleic acid test in either the country of origin or the country of transfer. The test must be done within 48 hours before the direct flight to China takes off.

After getting the negative test certificate, please apply for the Green Health Code from the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in the country where the test is done. There is no need to do tests and apply for the Green Health Code for the 2nd time. Please make sure the Code is still valid when the direct flight to China takes off.

II. Nucleic Acid Test Requirements

Tests must use nasopharyngeal swab as sampling method. Test certificates have to be in English and include test date, test result (negative), passenger’s name, DOB, travel document number, doctor’s signature or institution’s stamp and telephone number or e-mail address of the institution or doctor for verification. Test certificates must include terms of rt-PCR and Nasopharyngeal Swab.

For test requirements in other countries, please check the notice published on the website of the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in that country.

III. Requirements for Passengers Who Have a COVID-19 Infection Record, Show Symptoms or Are Confirmed as Close Contact

Passengers who have a COVID-19 infection record, show symptoms or are confirmed as close contact can apply for the Code according to Part I and Part II. No additional requirements are applicable.

IV. Additional Requirement for Passengers Who Are Abroad for Short-Term Trips of more than 1 country

Passengers who are abroad for short-term trips of more than 1 country could take the country where the direct flight to China sets off as the starting country. They can apply for the HS/HDC Code directly from the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in that country.

V. Application Method

1. Chinese Citizens Applying for Green Health Code with the "HS" Mark

Chinese citizens shall upload to the WeChat Health Code app photos of one negative nucleic acid test certificates, itinerary, and valid residence certificate in Norway, which will then be examined and verified by the Embassy. Upon approval, they will get a green health code with the "HS" mark. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines before boarding.

2. Non-Chinese Citizens Applying for Green Health Code with the "HDC" Mark

Non-Chinese passengers shall apply by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computer or smart phone, and fill in the information, declare the health status and upload photos of one negative nucleic acid test certificates, itinerary, and valid residence certificate in Norway, which will then be examined and verified by the Embassy. Upon approval, they will get a green health code with the "HDC" mark. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines before boarding.

VI. Reminder

1. Please read the requirements carefully and follow them accordingly. Failure to obtain the green health code with the "HS" or "HDC" mark will be refused to board the flight to China and will have to change your itinerary.

2. Please monitor your health before travel to China and protect yourself before boarding the flights and during the trip.

3. The Embassy’s working hours for the Green Health Code are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. everyday (including public holidays). Please arrange your test properly to leave enough time to apply for and get the Green Health Code.
